For the people in your life

Less life admin.
More
together.

Plans, groceries, money and the little things — all in one circle. So remembering everything isn't one person's job.

For couples, families, friends. And everything you share.

One circle. Your people.Shared plans, less confusionAn assistant, not another chat

The everyday things you share

Not another to-do list.
Your life, in sync.

Agree on a plan, share the work and get it done — without juggling chats and spreadsheets. Your shared tasks, money and plans finally have one home.

01

Tasks & calendar

Plans everyone can see

A shared calendar, tasks and recurring routines. Know what needs doing, when, and by whom.

02

Shared lists

Leave nothing behind

Groceries for dinner, a packing list, gift ideas. Build your lists and check things off together.

03

Expenses & goals

Money, without the awkwardness

Log expenses, split the cost and track shared goals. In the currencies you actually use.

Real life. Less back-and-forth.

One Krug. So many ways to share life.

Create separate circles for home, housemates or a trip. Each has its own people, lists and agreements.

For couples and families

Stop being the household coordinator.

Groceries go on a shared list, appointments in the calendar and cleaning on a rota. Discuss the details beside the task, not somewhere in a long chat.

The everyday load doesn't have to fall on one person.

For friends and trips

From “where to?” to “all packed”.

Vote on a destination, make a packing list and keep tickets and accommodation details together. Log shared expenses and choose who each one covers.

Your travel plan stays together, not scattered across messages.

For housemates

Less “whose turn is it?”.

Set a recurring interval and a rotation of people. Mark a duty done and Krug moves it to the next person and the next date.

Know who's doing it now and who's up next.

You don't have to remember it all

Just put it into words.
Work it out together.

An assistant with more context than your last question. It reads tasks, the calendar, lists, expenses, notes and other sections of your selected circle, then helps turn a request into a concrete next step.

  • Uses the history of your conversation in the selected circle
  • Prepares drafts for tasks, events, expenses, polls, goals and other records
  • Creates a record after explicit confirmation, by button or message
  • You can clear the history. Other circles stay out of scope

Things you can ask

  • «What do we have planned this week?»
  • «Prepare a poll: shall we meet on Friday or Saturday?»
  • «Create a note with instructions for looking after the plants»

AI can make mistakes. Check amounts, dates and details before confirming.

Little features that make a difference

For receipts. For plans. For words that matter.

Receipt scanning

From receipt to expense. Less typing.

Upload an image of a receipt. AI tries to read the merchant, total, currency and items, then gives you a draft to check before saving.

  1. Upload the photo in Files.
  2. Choose Scan receipt and review the result.
  3. Confirm the expense with its receipt attached.

The image is sent to DeepSeek Vision for recognition. Unclear photos can produce errors; if the currency is unreadable, your profile currency is used.

Future letters

Write it now. Open it on a special day.

An anniversary message, a little encouragement or a reminder of who you were this summer. Write to someone in your circle and let your words arrive later.

  1. Choose a recipient from your circle.
  2. Write your letter and pick a delivery date and time.
  3. The text stays hidden from the recipient until that date.

The letter becomes available on delivery day, and the service also attempts email delivery. It isn't a public post: only the sender and recipient can access it.

More than a task list

A place for everything you agree on.

From tonight's groceries to your next big shared plan. Everything belongs to your circle, with a dedicated home for each kind of detail.

Routines and rotations

Cleaning, watering plants, bills and workouts. Set an interval and a rota — the date and assignee move on when the duty is completed.

Goals you can track

A holiday, a renovation or a big purchase. Set an amount and deadline, log contributions and see progress. This is a tracker, not a bank account.

Conversations in context

Discuss tasks, events, lists and other records right beside them. Questions and answers stay connected to the thing they're about.

A shared activity feed

See who logged an expense, completed a task or left a comment. Clear the feed when you need to, without deleting the underlying tasks or events.

A vote beats a debate

Pick a date, a restaurant or a route. Add your answer options and, if needed, a closing time for the poll.

Places and stores

Keep addresses for favorite cafés, stores and pharmacies, add notes and open a map. No more asking for the same address again.

Notes and documents

Recipes, instructions and important contacts in Notes. Tickets, photos and documents in Files, accessible to your circle's members.

Categories your way

Create categories for lists, notes and places, with your own names and colors. Organize things around your habits, not someone else's template.

Keep it simple

Your circle starts
with an invitation.

  1. 01

    Create a circle

For your home, relationship, trip or shared project.

  2. 02

    Invite your people

Send an email invitation. Everyone gets their own account.

  3. 03

    Make things happen

Add plans, talk through the details and share the everyday load.

Shared doesn't mean public.

Only circle members can access its contents. Your assistant works within your permissions, not across the application's entire database.

Your people. Your space.

Good questions

A little more
about your circle.

Who is Krug for?

Couples, families, housemates and friends with things to do together. Create separate circles for your home, a trip or other shared plans.

How is it different from a group chat?

Information has a place: an event gets a date in the calendar, a purchase becomes a list item, and an expense has an amount and participants. Conversations can stay next to the thing they're about.

Does the assistant create things on its own?

The assistant can read information you have access to and prepare a draft. Changes require your explicit confirmation. Check the result before confirming.

Can I choose my language and currency?

Yes. The application supports Russian and English, with a preferred currency in your profile, including RUB, BYN, USD and EUR. Changing this setting doesn't convert existing expenses.

Where can I download the app?

The public launch is being prepared. Links to the web app and available App Store, RuStore and Google Play versions will appear here after release. For now, explore the product's features and its real interface in read-only mode.

Do I need to assign recurring duties every time?

No. Set the interval and people once. Each completion advances the date by that interval and passes the duty to the next person.

Does scanning a receipt charge anyone?

No. Krug doesn't charge accounts or transfer money. AI prepares an expense record; you check the amount and currency before confirming it.

Can a future letter be read before its date?

The recipient cannot see the text before the scheduled date. The sender can access their own letter. It opens for the recipient when that date arrives.

Together is already a good plan

Bring the rest
into your circle.

Your home, a trip, a shared dream — start with one circle. There's already room for the rest.
